The food was great. It was nice and hot. The customer service was outstanding. The manager Paul is very nice and helpful. He always made sure that I was happy with my service. The manager is always polite and has a smile on his face. He is the reason that I continue to come here. Great atmosphere. I come here about twice a week.
Worst reception ever ! When I took my seat, I had to go and get a server, who was very busy texting on her phone while ignoring her duties. A complete nightmare!!!!
Silverware was dirty. Service was good. Noticed 2 people behind counter who appeared to be employees in street clothes resting their feet on what was a tray of presumably clean drinking glasses. This was reported to the manager. Will not return to this location in the foreseeable future.
Service was slow, food was okay. Typical IHOP. But the manager... We asked if a menu item contained tree nuts. Our waitress was awesome, but returned saying the manager didn't know and we should order something else. Last I checked it's the managers responsibility to check the ingredients in the kitchen. Also he had what looked like biological matter on the rear of his slacks. Unappetising, unsafe, and lazy af. Our tip only reflects our waitresses most excellent service. You're welcome Amber.
Jessica was very attentive and the latte pancakes were decadent! Combo is always a reliable breakfast, no matter what the hour!
